2. PLC (Schneider)Control Unit: programmable central control,set data through touch screen,the machine carry out the tasks automatically. Various sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting .

3. Operating Panel: 7" color touch screen, all functions realized by Human-computer interface.

4. Cutting Location System: position controlled by the servo motor (Mitsubishi),combined with Taiwan imported 32mm high precision ball screw to set the cutting size,large linear slide rail to bear the load of the cutter seat.

5.Cutting blade driven by servo-motor (Mitsubishi).AC motor for fast & steady decelerate & acceleratete of disc blade feeding and shaft rotating.

6. Auto Adjusting of the Circular Blade Angle: CNC control to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is +/-80) .The cutting angle is changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth, so the efficiency is improved.
