2. Mistubishi PLC&moulde: Setting data through touch screen,the machine will carry out the tasks automatically. Various sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting.Max.20 cutting modes can be set.
3. Operating Panel: 10" color touch screen, all functions realized by Human-computer interface(KINCO)
4. Mistubishi Servo System: The horizontal and vertical position located by the servo motors,combined with 30mm enlarge high precision ball screw and linear guide to set the cutting size (width and distance)
5.Blade & Shaft, driven by AC motor with Inverter, for fast & steady decelerate & acceleratete of disc blade and shaft rotating.
6. Auto Adjusting of the Blade Cutting Angle:Step motor to calculate the blade angle and the setting angle is subject to different materials (the angle change range is +/-40°) .
